One of its most valuable features is the Inventory Process. With the click of a button, a manager can initiate a company-wide or project-level inventory. Every employee with an assigned tools is given three days to scan the tool’s barcode or QR code using their mobile device. That scan verifies that the employee still has the tools in their possession and automatically marks it as IN inventory.
