Your subscription is based on usage. It is the maximum number of employees for any given day of each month. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the last day of each month for the max active employees for that month. Active employee means all who clock in to any job during the billing month.

For example: If you had the most clock ins on the 15th of the month, that is the value that will be used. Max emp x fee = monthly billing.
